1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the ProofTix website, mobile applications, or any services provided by ProofTix Inc. (“ProofTix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ProofTix. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
2. Description of Service
ProofTix provides an online platform that enables users to obtain verified flight reservations with real PNR (Passenger Name Record) codes. Our service is designed to help travelers who need proof of onward or return travel for visa applications, immigration purposes, or personal travel planning.
Important:A ProofTix reservation is a genuine, verifiable flight reservation held with the airline’s booking system. It is notan e-ticket or a confirmed flight ticket. The reservation provides a valid PNR code that can be verified on the airline’s website or through GDS (Global Distribution System) lookup tools.
Our service tiers (ProofTix Standard, ProofTix Express, and ProofTix Pro) differ in validity duration and delivery speed. Specific details for each tier are provided on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Account Registration
While some features of ProofTix are available without an account, certain functionality (including order history, referral tracking, and customer support) requires you to create an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are used for fraudulent purposes.
5. Reservation Validity and Limitations
Reservations made through ProofTix are subject to the following conditions:
- Validity Period: Each reservation has a defined validity period based on the service tier purchased (e.g., 48 hours for Standard and Express, 14 days for Pro). Once the validity period expires, the reservation will be automatically cancelled by the airline.
- No Guarantee of Travel: A ProofTix reservation does not guarantee you a seat on the flight. To actually travel, you must purchase a confirmed flight ticket directly from the airline or an authorized travel agent.
- Airline Discretion: Airlines retain the right to cancel or modify reservations at any time. ProofTix is not responsible for airline-initiated changes to your reservation.
- PNR Verification:PNR codes issued are real and verifiable. However, verification results may vary depending on the airline’s system and the timing of the check.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on ProofTix are inclusive of applicable fees unless otherwise stated. Prices are shown in the currency selected by the user and may vary based on exchange rates.
Payment is processed securely through our payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to our payment processor’s terms of service in addition to these Terms. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
- Service Failure: If we are unable to generate a valid PNR code for your reservation after payment has been received, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Cancellation Before Delivery: If you cancel your order before the reservation has been created and a PNR code issued, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
Refunds are generally notprovided once a valid PNR code has been delivered to you, as the service has been fulfilled. All refund requests must be submitted via our Support page or by emailing support@prooftix.com within 7 days of the original transaction. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
8. User Obligations
When using ProofTix, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Provide truthful and accurate passenger information for all reservations.
- Not use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or other non-human means to access or interact with the Service.
- Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service.
- Not use the Service in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
- Not misrepresent the nature of a ProofTix reservation to any third party (e.g., presenting it as a confirmed flight ticket).
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
9. Intended Use and Compliance
ProofTix reservations are intended to serve as legitimate proof of onward travel for visa applications, immigration checkpoints, and personal travel planning. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of ProofTix reservations complies with the laws and entry requirements of their destination country.
ProofTix does not guarantee that a reservation will be accepted by any embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or airline as proof of travel. Requirements vary by country and are subject to change. We strongly recommend checking the specific entry requirements of your destination before relying on a ProofTix reservation.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the ProofTix platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design elements, is the property of ProofTix Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without prior written consent from ProofTix.
11. Referral Program
ProofTix offers a referral program that allows users to earn discounts by referring new customers. The following conditions apply:
- Referral codes are for personal, non-commercial distribution only.
- Referral rewards are credited only when the referred user completes a qualifying purchase.
- ProofTix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time.
- Abuse of the referral program (e.g., self-referrals, fake accounts, or spam distribution) may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.
12. Agency Accounts
Travel agencies may register for an Agency account to access bulk booking features and team management tools. Agency account holders are responsible for the actions of all team members added to their account and must ensure that all team members comply with these Terms. Additional terms specific to Agency accounts may apply and will be provided during registration.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
ProofTix does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service, including flight availability, pricing, or reservation status.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProofTix and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to ProofTix in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProofTix Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content or information you provide through the Service.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any services already rendered or payments already made.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. You agree to waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features of the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and ProofTix regarding your use of the Service. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
